Coagmentum PreciseWorkflow is a simple intuitive workflow that manages exceptions, mapping, collection and review tasks for existing or new entities with the following capabilities.
- Manager ability to assign a task to specific user.
- Manager ability to view user's queue and reassign task to other users.
- Manager ability to review tasks and promote to production.
- Ability to write notes and pass them to users on each specific task.
- Ability to track performance of each workflow user and provide matrices on number of entities collected, reviewed, mapped or promoted to production.
Exception Handling: A Task is created for the entity that does not meet the business criteria rules as it is ingested in the system. Such entity will reside in the exception queue and will not update production.
Data Mapping: Ability to create tasks for specific data source entities that are not mapped to other data sources. Integrated ability to view and search for potential matches from different sources and manually establish mapping. The workflow provides the ability to establish mapping and relationships between entities in an "Operation View" for managers to review before promoting to production.
Data Collection: Analysts have the ability to collect new entities that are added to the "Operation View" for review. As each entity is created a task is also created in the system for it. The analysts can establish relationships between the new entity and existing entities in the "Operation View". When completed, the Analyst can forward task for manager's review and promotion to production.
Entity Review: Coagmentum PreciseWorkflow has the ability to add a set of entities into a recursive review process where the workflow tasks for such entities are generated on a timely basis for analysts review.
